Fire Station Visit

This month is National Fire Prevention Week, and the theme is: “Every second counts; plan 2 ways out.”  Our keiki have been doing emergency drills at school, were given a Firefighter’s Guide from the Honolulu Fire Department, and this week are visiting our neighborhood Fire Station!  The keiki loved learning more about the different equipment firefighter’s use, shooting the water hoses, and learning more about the work these community heroes do each day!  Mahalo to the Honolulu Fire Department!
